Purified Anti-Human CD55 Monoclonal Antibody

DL20816F-25ug 25 μg
EUR 105
Description: CD55 is a 60-70 kD glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-anchored single chain glycoprotein also known as decay-accelerating factor (DAF). It is expressed on hematopoietic cells including erythrocytes and many non-hematopoietic cells. CD55 accelerates the dissociation of the components of the C3-convertases (namely C2a from C4b in the C4bC2a complex, a C3-convertase of the classical pathway, and factor Bb from the C3bBb complex, a C3-convertase of the alternative pathway) to protect cells from inappropriate damage caused by autologous complement. CD55 has been reported to reduce the efficiency of NK cell lysis and induce signal transduction in T cells. CD55 has also been shown to interact with CD97 and bind to Coxsackie and Echovirus.

Purified Anti-Human CD81 Monoclonal Antibody

DL20870F-100ug 100 μg
EUR 420
Description: CD81 is a 26 kD non-glycosylated member of the tetraspanin superfamily (TM4SF), also known as TAPA-1 (target of an antiproliferative antibody). CD81 is expressed on T and B cells, NK cells, monocytes, dendritic cells, thymocytes, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts. It also has low levels of expression on granulocytes. CD81 induces B cell adhesion via VLA-4 integrin and has been shown to play a role in early T cell development. CD81 associates with several other cell-surface proteins in a multimolecular complex, including CD19, CD21, CD20, CD37, CD53, and CD82 in B cells, and CD4, CD8 and CD82 in T cells.

DL21461F-100ug 100 μg
EUR 588
Description: CD14 is a 53-55 kD glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)-linked membrane glycoprotein that is also known as the LPS receptor. CD14 is expressed at high levels on monocytes and macrophages, and at lower levels on granulocytes. Some dendritic cell populations such as interfollicular dendritic cells, reticular dendritic cells, and Langerhans cells have also been reported to express CD14. DL20094F-100ug 100 μg
EUR 579
Description: CD83 is a 43 kD single chain type I glycoprotein also known as HB15. A member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, CD83 is expressed on a subset of dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, and weakly on activated lymphocytes. Although CD83 is thought to play a role in antigen presentation and/or lymphocyte activation, the precise function of this protein is unknown. CD83 is considered to be a useful marker for mature dendritic cells.

Purified Anti-Mouse CD29 Monoclonal Antibody

DL20167F-100ug 100 μg
EUR 270
Description: The KMI6 antibody reacts with the 130-kDa integrin ß1 chain (CD29). CD29 is expressed on the cell surface as a heterodimer with one of the distinct integrin achains. With a1 through a6 (CD49a through CD49f), it forms the VLA-1 through VLA-6 complexes, respectively, and with av (CD51), it forms avß1 integrin. It also associates with the integrin a7, a8, and a9 chains in non-lymphoid tissues. As a result, CD29 has a broad tissue distribution, including leukocytes, endothelia, smooth muscle, epithelia, and oocytes. The epitope recognized by the KMI6 mAb can be detected by immunoblot in unreduced extracts from a variety of cells and tissues having a number of different ß1-integrin heterodimer combinations. However, the epitope is not well expressed on the surface of the majority of hematopoietic cells. It is detected on the surface of fetal liver cells, some bone marrow stromal cells, and some cultured hematopoietic cell lines, including P815 and PA6. Surface expression of the CD29 epitope recognized by mAb KMI6 on thymocytes and T lymphocytes appears to be developmentally regulated, and KMI6 antibody enhances the adhesion of KMI6 thymocytes to fibronectin and laminin.

Purified Anti-Human FOXP3 Monoclonal Antibody

DL20224F-100ug 100 μg
EUR 1050
Description: FOXP3 is a 50-55 kD transcription factor, also known as Forkhead box protein P3, Scurfin, JM2, or IPEX. It is proposed to be a master regulatory gene and more specific marker of T regulatory cells than most cell surface markers (such as CD4 and CD25). Transduced expression of FOXP3 in CD4+/CD25- cells has been shown to induce GITR, CD103, and CTLA4 and impart a T regulatory cell phenotype. FOXP3 is mutated in X-linked autoimmunity-allergic dysregulation syndrome (XLAAD or IPEX) in humans and in "scurfy" mice. Overexpression of FOXP3 has been shown to lead to a hypoactive immune state suggesting that this transcriptional factor is a central regulator of T cell activity. In human, unlike in mouse, two isoforms of FOXP3 have been reported: one (FOXP3) corresponding to the canonical full-length sequence; the other (FOXP3 δ2) lacking exon 2.

Purified Anti-Human CD49d Monoclonal Antibody

DL20592F-100ug 100 μg
EUR 420
Description: CD49d is a 150 kD α integrin chain known as α4 integrin or VLA-4 α chain. It forms a heterodimer with either integrin β1 (α4β1, VLA-4) or β7 (α4β7). CD49d is expressed broadly on T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes, monocytes, thymocytes, eosinophils, basophils, mast cells, NK cells, dendritic cells, and some non-hematopoietic cells, but not on normal red blood cells, platelets or neutrophils. VLA-4 binds to VCAM-1 (CD106) and fibronectin. α4β7 is the receptor for VCAM-1 and MAdCAM-1. CD49d participates in mononuclear cell trafficking to endothelial sites of inflammation and has roles in cell-cell interactions and cell adhesion to extracellular matrices. CD49d is involved in lymphocyte migration, T cell activation, and hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. CD49d is a marker to isolate pure populations of Treg cells due to its absence on Foxp3+ cells.
